TERMS OF PAYMENT
The e-commerce service offered by "Padovani Ceramiche d'Arte" requires payment by credit card or bank transfer.
Goods will be shipped only after payment has been received.
The type of payment desired can be selected using the order form.
Instructions for the completion of the transaction will be provided after the order form has been filled out and returned.
Prices are always inclusive of V.A.T. whenever applicable.

SECURITY OF TRANSACTION:

We would like to assure you of the security f payments made by credit card and bank transfer. These transactions are performed by the bank in the maximum security.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be filled by express courier service within approx. 20 days of the date of the same.
Special requests or personalised articles may require approximately an additional 10 days for delivery.

"Padovani Ceramiche d'Arte" respects the rights and interests of the consumers as prescribed by the laws in force regulating:
- transparency of terms of sale
- right of reimbursement

For this purpose, purchases made through " Padovani Ceramiche d'Arte " service are subject to Decree Law No. 50 dated January 15, 1992 regulating the exercise of the right of reimbursement.
The right of reimbursement must be exercised within ten 10 (ten) days of receiving the product.

Consumers who intend to exercise the right of reimbursement must:
a. send within 10 (ten) days from receiving the product a registered letter with notice of receipt containing: la manifestazione di volontà di avvalersi dei benefici concessi dal D.L. 15 gennaio 1992 n.50

In alternative, the consumer can:
b. send a telegram within 10 (ten) days of receiving the product, or a fax for the same purpose
within 10 (ten) days from receiving the product to the following telephone number +39/0546.46097, indicating the above. In both cases, such communication must be confirmed within 48 hours of the transmission of the telegram or fax by registered letter with notice of receipt to the address above.

In any case, the communications mentioned above in Points a) and b):
- must be sent to " Padovani Ceramiche d'Arte " Via Pana, 34 - 48018 Faenza- Italy:
- such communications will be considered as having been sent in useful time when posted within the term above
- must indicate the product in question
- must indicate the progressive order number issued at the moment of purchase/order and the data regarding the purchaser's bank account (name of bank, agency number, and checking account number).
- must be counter-signed by the same person who stipulated the contract or formulated the contractual proposal

In both solutions described in Points a) and b) above, consumers who intend to exercise the right of reimbursement must:
- within the same term of 10 (ten) days from receiving the product (the useful term for the restitution of undesired product will be the moment that it is delivered to the post office or the shipping agent), re-ship to the sender by post the product for which the right of reimbursement is being exercised. The product must be accompanied by the original delivery note and/or shipping document enclosed to the product at the moment of first delivery.

Shipping expenses must be borne by the consumer.

In addition to the conditions above necessary for the exercise of the right of reimbursement, the product and its packaging must be in satisfactory condition (and returned in a state of conservation consonant with its storage and use with normal good sense).

Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the consumer's intention to exercise the right of reimbursement and after the product no longer desired has been returned" Padovani Ceramiche d'Arte " will reimburse the price paid by bank transfer.
The above-mentioned price reimbursed exclusively regards the price of the product indicated in the order note and delivery note: in any case, the accessory expenses for the shipping and home delivery of the product will not be reimbursed and remain the expense of the purchaser.
